In this role, you will

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions. Act as a SFMC expert and collaborate with business partners to solve complex and critical business solutions 

• Partner with clients to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and ensure alignment with their marketing strategy

• Design and implement solutions that unify customer data, leveraging third-party data sources and systems to deliver real-time insights and personalized marketing strategies, enabling seamless customer journeys

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; work closely with project managers, developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery 

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFMC platform 

• Stay up to date with SFMC enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation within client engagements

• Demonstrate the ability to influence business teams to maximize the applications being developed, leveraging the best solutions

• Support pre-sales activities; assist in scoping and estimating projects, developing proposals, and presenting solutions to customers 

In this role, you will have:

• 6+ years of proven marketing experience, including stakeholder and campaign management

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (PKA Pardot) preferred

• Experience in creating marketing automation strategies and multi-channel journey orchestration

• Expertise in enabling advanced segmentation and data-driven journey orchestration with the power of CDP/Data Cloud and taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into a solution that can be effectively implemented

• Strong presentation and communication skills 

• Enthusiastic, professional, and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions
